Terms and Conditions Nextoto –
Complete Platform Usage Guide

By registering, accessing, or using Nextoto services in any form — whether through website, mobile app, or other platforms we operate — you confirm that you have read, understood, and agree to be bound by these Terms and Conditions in their entirety.

If you do not agree with any or all terms in this document, you are not permitted to use Nextoto services. Nextoto reserves the right to modify, add, or remove terms in this document at any time. Material changes will be notified to registered users via email or platform notification at least 7 days before the change takes effect.

Continued use of Nextoto's services after the effective date of any changes constitutes acceptance of the updated terms. It is the user's responsibility to periodically review this document for the latest changes.

Nextoto services are available only to users who meet all the following eligibility requirements:

Identity Verification (KYC) Process

Before the first withdrawal can be processed, users must complete identity verification by submitting a copy of a valid government-issued ID (national ID card or passport), a selfie with the ID, and proof of ownership of the bank account to be used. Verification is typically completed within 1–3 business days.

Upon successful registration, Nextoto will create a user account linked to the information you provided. You are fully responsible for all activity that occurs within your account, regardless of whether it was carried out by you or by a third party who gained access due to your negligence.

User Security Obligations

• Use a strong and unique password — combination of uppercase, lowercase, numbers, and symbols minimum 8 characters. Do not use the same password on other platforms.
• Enable two-factor authentication (2FA) available in Nextoto account security settings.
• Never share your login credentials with anyone, including those claiming to be Nextoto staff. Nextoto staff will never request your password.
• Always log out of your account after a gaming session, especially when using a shared device.
• Contact the Nextoto support team immediately if you suspect unauthorized access to your account.

Nextoto is not liable for losses resulting from unauthorized access caused by a user's failure to keep their account credentials secure.

Nextoto accepts deposits via multiple payment methods listed on the platform's cashier page, including local bank transfers, supported credit/debit cards, and selected digital wallets. All transactions are processed in Indonesian Rupiah (IDR) unless otherwise stated.

General Deposit Terms

• Minimum deposit varies depending on the payment method selected.
• Deposits can only be made from accounts or digital wallets registered in your own name. Deposits from third-party sources are not accepted.
• If technical disruption prevents deposit confirmation, keep transfer proof and contact customer support with that proof attached.

Bonus and Promotion Terms

Nextoto offers a variety of bonuses and promotions, each subject to specific terms listed on the relevant promotions page. These terms are an integral part of the bonus conditions and are binding on users who choose to claim the bonus.

Users may submit a withdrawal request at any time as long as the available balance is sufficient and no pending rollover requirements remain. Withdrawals can only be processed to a bank account or digital wallet that has been registered and verified under the same name as the Nextoto account.

Withdrawal Process and Timeframes

• Withdrawal requests are processed by the Nextoto finance team within 24 hours of submission, unless additional verification is required.
• Once approved, the credit time to the destination account depends on the policy of the receiving bank or digital wallet provider.
• Members with higher VIP levels enjoy faster processing priority.
• Nextoto does not charge any withdrawal fees on the platform's end. However, any fees imposed by the receiving bank or payment provider are the user's responsibility.

Right to Suspend Withdrawals

Nextoto reserves the right to suspend or delay withdrawal processing under the following conditions:

• Identity verification (KYC) is incomplete or requires additional information.
• There are indications of suspicious activity or conduct that conflicts with anti-money laundering (AML) policy.
• Account is under investigation for reported violations.
• The rollover requirement from an active bonus has not yet been met.

All games available on the Nextoto platform are provided by licensed game providers that have undergone a selection and partnership process. The integrity and fairness of each game is the responsibility of the respective provider in accordance with their certifications and licenses.

Technical Disruption

In case of technical disruption during gameplay — whether from user connection, Nextoto server, or game provider server — the following policy applies:

• If disruption occurs before a game result is determined, the associated bet will be refunded to the user's account balance.
• If the result was confirmed in the system before disruption occurred, that result is considered final and binding.
• Nextoto is not liable for disruptions caused by a user's internet connection, device, or external factors beyond the platform's control.

Dispute Submission

If you experience issues related to game results, transactions, or other aspects of Nextoto services, you may file a dispute through customer support within 72 hours of the incident. Submissions exceeding this deadline may not be processed. Nextoto is committed to resolving each dispute fairly and transparently.

To maintain platform integrity and fairness for all users, Nextoto strictly prohibits any of the following behaviors. Violations will result in varying actions from warnings, account restrictions, bonus forfeiture, to permanent account closure with balance cancellation:

Nextoto reserves the right, at its sole discretion, to suspend, restrict, or close a user account at any time for reasons including but not limited to:

• Violation of one or more provisions in this document.
• Request from a competent legal or regulatory authority.
• Activity suspected as money laundering, fraud, or other illegal activities.
• Inability to verify user identity after repeated requests.
• The user has submitted a self-exclusion request through the Responsible Gaming program.

Users may also close their account at any time through account settings or by contacting the customer support team. Voluntary closure does not waive any obligations the user incurred prior to closure.

Nextoto services are provided "as is" and "as available." While Nextoto makes strong efforts to maintain platform availability and reliability, we do not warrant that services will always be free from disruption, delays, or technical errors.

To the extent permitted by applicable law, Nextoto is not liable for any indirect, incidental, special, or consequential losses arising from the use of or inability to use the services, including financial losses resulting from unfavorable game outcomes.

Nextoto's total liability to a user, under any circumstances, shall not exceed an amount equal to the active deposit held in the user's account at the time the claim arises.

These Terms and Conditions are governed by and interpreted in accordance with the laws of the jurisdiction in which Nextoto is legally domiciled, as stated in the platform's operating license. For users in Indonesia, please note that online gambling regulations in Indonesia are specific, and users are responsible for understanding and complying with the laws applicable in their jurisdiction.

Any dispute that cannot be resolved through Nextoto's internal customer support process will be referred to binding arbitration in accordance with the rules of the arbitration body designated in Nextoto's operating license. The arbitration decision is final and binding on both parties.
