Nextoto believes gaming should be fun, not a burden. We provide real tools, guides, and support so every user can enjoy the platform in a healthy and controlled way.
All these tools are available directly in your account settings — no need to contact support to activate them. We've made it as easy as possible because we take this seriously.
Set the maximum deposit amount per day or per week directly from your account settings. Once the limit is reached, the system automatically blocks additional deposits until the next period begins.
Set a maximum daily session duration. When time is running low, the platform sends a warning. When the limit is reached, the session ends automatically — not just a notification you can dismiss.
Set a loss limit you can tolerate within a given period. Once your total losses reach the amount you've set, you cannot continue playing until a new period begins.
Need a break? Activate cool-off mode for 24 hours, 48 hours, or 7 days. During this period, your account cannot be used to play or make deposits — but your balance remains safe and can be withdrawn.
For more serious needs, the self-exclusion feature locks your account from all gaming activity for a period of your choosing — from 30 days to permanent. This process cannot be reversed before the period expires.
Monitor your gaming activity transparently: total time spent, total deposits, total withdrawals, and win/loss trends over your chosen period — all available in your account dashboard.
Responsible gaming — often referred to in English as responsible gaming — is a philosophy and set of practices designed to ensure that gaming remains a positive form of entertainment, not something that negatively impacts a person's life.
At Nextoto, this concept goes beyond a licensing requirement. It's a value we've held since day one. We built this platform believing that users who play in a healthy, controlled way are the ones who will continue to enjoy our service long-term — and that's exactly what we want.
Responsible gaming means you play for fun, not to escape problems. You set a budget before playing and stick to it. You know when to stop — whether you're winning or losing. And you never bet with money you can't afford to lose.
Gambling problems rarely appear overnight — they typically develop gradually. Recognizing the early signs is the most important first step. Here is the spectrum of behaviors to watch out for:
✔ Signs of Healthy Play
Playing within a pre-set budget and stopping when it runs out, without a strong urge to continue.
Being able to stop a gaming session at any time to do something else without feeling disturbed or irritated.
Viewing losses as a normal part of the game and not feeling the need to immediately recover them.
⚠ Early Warning Signs
Spending more time or money on gaming than originally planned, and this happens repeatedly.
Chasing losses — trying to recover lost money by continuing to play, even when your finances don't support it.
Starting to use funds meant for essential needs (bills, food, installments) for gambling.
✖ Signs That Require Immediate Action
Unable to stop playing even when you want to — or feeling uncomfortable, anxious, or irritable when you cannot play.
Hiding gaming activity from family or close ones, or lying about how much time and money has been spent.
Going into debt to gamble, or when gaming begins to seriously affect your work, relationships, or mental health.
Answer the following questions honestly with yourself. This is not a formal test, but it can serve as a useful mirror to evaluate your current gaming habits.
Answer each question honestly — there are no right or wrong answers.
Have you ever played longer or spent more money than you originally planned?
Have you ever played to escape feelings of stress, anxiety, loneliness, or everyday problems?
Do you feel the urge to keep playing to "break even" after a loss?
Has someone close to you ever expressed concern about your gaming habits?
Have you ever felt guilty, ashamed, or regretful after a gaming session?
Has gaming ever interfered with your work, family time, or financial obligations?
If you answered "yes" to one or more of the questions above, it doesn't necessarily mean you have a serious problem — but it is a signal that there may be a pattern worth examining more closely. Start small: try activating a deposit limit or session time limit, and see how it feels.
All responsible gaming tools are accessible through the Account Settings after you log in to the Nextoto platform. Here's how to activate each tool:
Log in to your account → Settings → Responsible Gaming → Deposit Limit. Select a period (daily or weekly), enter the maximum amount in Rupiah, and confirm. The limit takes effect immediately and can only be tightened instantly — loosening it requires a 7-day waiting period to prevent impulsive decisions.
In the same menu, select Session Time Limit. Set the maximum number of hours per day you want to play. The platform will send a warning 15 minutes before the limit is reached, and will automatically end the session when the limit is met.
Choose a break duration: 24 hours, 48 hours, or 7 days. During this period, you cannot log in to play or make deposits. Your balance remains safe and withdrawals can still be made through customer support.
If you need a longer break, the Self-Exclusion feature lets you lock your account for 30 days, 90 days, 180 days, 1 year, or permanently. Once activated, it cannot be cancelled before the period expires — even if you contact customer support. This is a safeguard we deliberately made non-negotiable.
In addition to using the tools available on the platform, there are a few simple habits you can adopt to keep your gaming activity enjoyable:
